You can cancel or amend your reservation by contacting the reception team. If your reservation was made with a 3^rd party travel agent, please contact them directly.

We have a limited number of baby cots, only available at OZO Hotels Amsterdam Arena. Additional beds are available at a small charge. Please choose the appropriate room when booking and make this request upon booking. Please contact us if you have any questions.

All major worldwide credit cards are accepted upon booking and in hotel. We also accept a payment with debit card.

Your credit card serves as a guarantee for the room. A credit card authorization is done in advance. It is possible to pay with the same credit card at arrival. We also accept a payment with cash, debit or credit card. If the authorization is not succeeded, we will ask for another credit card at arrival or a deposit of € 75.

Check in is from 2 PM. If you want to arrive earlier at the hotel, we do have luggage storage available free of charge. Reception is open 24/7 so you can check in later after exploring. Please do contact us if you will be arriving after 8 PM.

If your room is not guaranteed by an authorized credit card or online payment, we will hold your reservation until 6 PM on the day of arrival.

OZO hotels does not offer a shuttle service, but we can prearrange our preferred taxi to and from city centre and Schiphol airport. Call and speak to us to book directly.

Unfortunately, no. Pets are not allowed in our Hotel.

You can indicate whether you want to have breakfast at check-in or at the time of booking direct.

• OZO Hotels Arena Amsterdam: € 20.00 per person (€ 17.50 when booking directly)

No, all rooms and public places are 100% non-smoking. If we discover that you use have smoked or used an illegal substance, you will get a fine of € 250 and will be asked to leave the hotel immediately.

A free late check-out is offered until 1 pm if you are book directly through our website. If you would like a later check-out, this costs €11,15 per hour until 4 pm at latest. Check-out is before 11 am at departure date.

If you would like a later check-out, this will cost an additional €22,30 until 2 pm, and €55,75 until 4 pm. Are you interested in a late check-out? Please contact the reception before 12 pm at departure date and note that the possibility for a late check-out is subject to availability.

OZO Hotels Cordial

Check-out is before 11 am at departure date.

If you would like a later check-out, this will cost an additional €22,30 until 12 pm. After 12 pm, an additional €11,15 per hour will be charged for every extra hour. Check-out is before 12 pm at departure date.

Yes, it is possible. We have a luggage room which is available to store your luggage free of charge.

At OZO Arena Amsterdam we do have scales for your luggage and is €1 per piece.
Unfortunately, there are no scales available at OZO Armada Amsterdam and OZO Cordial Amsterdam.

OZO Hotels Flexible Cancellation Policy

Cancellation or change of the reservation is possible up to 48 hours before arrival date. If you do not check in on the arrival date, the first night of the reservation will be charged and the remaining days of the reservation will be cancelled. If you want to change or cancel the reservation you must contact us in advance.

OZO Hotels Flexible Cancellation Policy

It is not possible to modify or cancel this reservation. The full amount will be charged when the reservation is canceled or if it is a No Show. If you do not check in on the arrival date and your reservation is guaranteed by a valid credit card, your reservation will be held until 11:00 the following day. If you want to cancel your reservation, please contact us by e-mail.
