Reservation

How do I change or cancel my reservation?

You can cancel or amend your reservation by contacting the reception team. If your reservation was made with a 3rd party travel agent, please contact them directly.

Payments

Which payment methods are accepted?

All major worldwide credit cards are accepted upon booking and in hotel. We also accept a payment with cash or debit card.

Arrival

What time can I check in?

Check in is from 2 PM. If you want to arrive earlier at the hotel, we do have luggage storage available free of charge. Reception is open 24/7 so you can check in later after exploring. Please do contact us if you will be arriving after 8 PM.

If your room is not guaranteed by an authorized credit card or online payment, we will hold your reservation until 6 PM on the day of arrival.

During your stay

Are you pet friendly?

Unfortunately, no. Pets are not allowed in our Hotel.

Departure

What time is check-out?

Check out is before 12 PM at departure date.

A free late check-out is offered until 1pm if you are booking direct. If you would like a later check-out this cost € 10 per hour with maximum until 4 PM.

Please inform the reception before 12 PM at departure date if you would like to have a late checkout.
